#1 - Fun Visual Gags

Here's some fun gags that I've used with success:
1. Men's Room Key -
Buy a plastic sign for a mens' room door (with a
picture of a guy). These can be found at office supply stores.
Mine is 4" x 10". Attach it to a key with a long chain. Introduce it by
saying, "I'm starting a new hobby: collecting keys. I found this
one at the gas station!"
2. Rock in Shoe -
Put a foam rock in your shoe. At any point during your show, say that
you have a small rock in your shoe and it's been bugging you.
Take off your shoe and hold it up so that everyone can see you
remove a realistic large rock from your shoe.
3. Funken Ring -
Do you want to wake up the audience? Grab the mic and appear
to have trouble with it. Or this works with an extension cord too.
Grab it an say, "I wonder if this is AAAAAHN!" as you let the sparks fly.

#2 - Relentless Ring & String Routine on DVD

Relentless has been my best seller.
It was a book created in 1997. Then it was a VHS tape made
in 1999. Then the tape was just dubbed to DVD.
But, for the first time, it is completely digital:
digitally recorded, edited and produced on the new DVD.
My friend, DJ Ehlert helped me create the teaching tracks
on the DVD. We both are featured performing our versions
of Relentless, and we have a section together where we share
some tips and ideas.

HOW TO TIP: Hacking MagicBase:

Did you know that you can re-label some fields and use them for
anything that you want?
There are 4 phone fields, for each of the two contact names. That's
8 fields. Chances are good that you will not need 8 phone fields for
all of your customers. So, use them for something else.
One of my MBP users said that he wanted to have a field to list the
Birthday child's name. Well, why not use a phone field?
To re-label any phone field, click on the label button and select
'Other'. This will allow you to type in any field label that you want:
"Birthday", "Kid's Names", "Facebook" - whatever.
You can also re-label both of the email fields and the web field.
And you don't have to type in numbers in the phone field.
You could have Birthday dates, Anniversary dates, children's names, etc.
